Your concern will be shared only with those who need to know in order to review it. You may raise a concern without giving your name, although this can make it harder for us to follow up.

We will acknowledge your message, consider it fairly, and let you know what we have decided or done. If a concern relates to someone involved in reviewing it, that person will not take part in the review.

A formal timeframe has not yet been approved. We aim to reply as promptly as we reasonably can.
